When you’re renovating older homes you just never know what you will find. Whether it be a mess of wires, plugs, & plumbing in the laundry room or a light switch installed under the kitchen sink to power the light socket at the back of the cabinet. Yes the outlet was hot & I assumed helped keep the plumbing from freezing in the winter. After seeing this when I bought the place, we did remove all existing electrical and required the whole house. You just never know!

After successfully operating for 6 years as one of the top franchises stores in the company the store went independent in 2010 becoming Frisco Party Station. In 2017 Southwest Party sold the retail location and purchased single family homes for both a rental portfolio & for renovation & resale. Currently Southwest Party owns and manages both rental and Airbnb property in Hunt County.

I worked for Eckerd Drugs in the 90’s and even then the focus on front end vs pharmacy was out of wack. Focusing back on the main selling point of the retail pharmacy business while jettisoning much of the front end which has been becoming less profitable in a crowded retail space only makes sense. https://lnkd.in/gXAfj-uC
